Please review the following information carefully in order to understand the necessary criteria for an excellent portrait, then fill out the form to submit your inquiry!
Reference photos*

Photos should be as clear and well-lit as possible, and feature all details you would like to be included in the portrait.

The angle of the subject, light source, etc in the created artwork will match the photo you provide, so choose a photo featuring exactly what you want in your end result whenever possible.

You may choose to send multiple photos with your request and we can decide together which would work best for your artwork.

Photos may be posed, stoic, candid, or action shots. Whatever best represents your pet - I love it all!
*All inquiries must contain at least one photo in order to proceed. At this time I do not draw any humans; please don't include them in your request.

Gift certificates and payment plans are now available for all sizes!
*Pets and animals only; no human subjects. Multiple-subject portraits can be done at 8x10" or larger and start at $1200. Eligibility for multi-subject pieces depends on the reference photo(s) you have available and whether the subjects, levels of detail, and light sources work well together compositionally. I will not combine very different photos into 'floating head' collages as I believe they simply never look good and the resulting piece of artwork will not be worth your investment.
Taxes and shipping within the United States are included at no additional charge. An additional $100 fee will apply to ALL international orders for shipping and processing.
Desired deadline (if applicable)
If your piece has an ideal deadline, please include it in your inquiry and I will be happy to accommodate it whenever possible! However, as I sometimes book out for several months at a time, please do not wait to submit a request for a piece several months in advance.
Pet/Subject's name and brief information
Please include the subject's name with your inquiry. In addition to their name, you're welcome to include some brief information about them and what you hope to capture, reflect, honor, and/or remember through the creation of their portrait.
Is this piece a gift/secret?
Occasionally I post WIP (Work In Progress) photos on social media. If your piece is a secret for any reason and should not be posted before the recipient is able to receive it in person, please note it here! There is never a charge for discretion.
Contact information
Please include your full name along with your preferred contact email. This allows me to keep track of orders more easily and ensure accuracy. You do not need to provide a shipping address at this time; you'll have an opportunity to provide it when your piece is complete and ready to ship!

Payment transactions are conducted via digital invoice. Payment methods accepted include credit, debit, ACH/bank transfer, CashApp pay, and gift cards purchased through this site.

You have the option to pay your invoice at once up front or in a series of installments. If you need a payment plan, please mention this in your initial inquiry and I'll be happy to accommodate.

Work will not begin on your portrait until at least 50% of your total is paid, which may affect scheduled completion timelines.

All payments are 100% non-refundable.

If you choose to pay with installments, your portrait will only be shipped once all payments have been made and you have no outstanding balance.

If your portrait is complete and has an outstanding balance for more than 90 days beyond the provided expected completion date, it will be considered forfeit and will become available for sale to the public.
